We're seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our North Lakes clinic in partnership with an experienced and supportive Nurse Franchise Partner. This is a full-time MAT cover role, managing a well-established clinic with a loyal client base and a high-performing team.

About the Role

You'll lead and motivate a team of dermal, skin, and laser professionals while ensuring the clinic delivers outstanding service and results. You'll oversee daily operations, manage performance and KPIs, and work closely with the Franchise Partner to drive business success.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail, or beauty environment
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy (preferred)
  • Experience in treating clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for aesthetics, people, and growth
