Role Overview: Accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in menu planning, event coordination, procurement, and team management. Skilled in collaborating with culinary teams to create exceptional dining experiences while ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Adept at fostering positive customer relationships, leading high-performing service teams, and delivering excellence in both daily operations and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned and developed innovative menus in collaboration with chefs, aligning offerings with seasonal availability and customer preferences.
  • Organized and executed special functions and events, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Managed procurement and negotiated pricing of goods, achieving cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards within budget.
  • Maintained and monitored stock inventories and financial transaction records to ensure operational accuracy and accountability.
  • Ensured compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, upholding cleanliness, functionality, and visual appeal of dining facilities.
  • Engaged with customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement service improvements.
  • Recruited, trained, and supervised front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Handled guest relations by managing reservations, welcoming patrons, and assisting with order-taking during peak periods.
