Job description

What's involved?

  • We are particularly looking for staff who are available during week days to work mornings and lunch shifts. Hours are very flexible - start time can be anywhere between 8am to 11am and finish anywhere between 2 to 6pm
  • Being the face and the hands behind our brand
  • Providing an amazing Grill'd experience front of house
  • Prepping quality ingredients in the kitchen with love
  • Becoming a whizz at all stations (chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor & till)
  • Making sure the restaurant is always sparkling clean
  • Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service restaurant environment

What we look for:

This is a great entry-level role or we also have positions for experienced hospo professionals. Basically - no experience is required but we love finding leadership staff also If you have a big appetite for learning (ok, and burgers) we will show you the rest. What you do need is:
