Breakfast Cook

3 days 9am to 2pm - $36 to $40 an hour

We're looking for a passionate, experienced Breakfast Cook to be the heart and soul of our Brunch service. If you love working with fresh ingredients, experimenting with new flavours, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, this is the role for you.

Your Role:

• Brunch & Lunch Service: Cooking brunch service, and assist with lunch preparations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
• Set Up & Clean Down: Set up the kitchen for the day's service and making sure it's spotless and organised
• Maintain High Standards: Keep the kitchen sparkling clean and ensure all food is prepared to exact recipes and portion sizes.
• Cool Under Pressure: Handle the demands of a busy kitchen with calmness and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: min 5 years in a similar high-energy environment.
