Join a dynamic collaboration with a Sydney-based music artist specializing in rap, hip hop, and R&B with pop influences. This project offers the opportunity to co-create high-quality tracks that blend diverse genres and showcase creative synergy. The initial engagement is for a single project, with the potential for ongoing collaborations based on the success of the partnership. The ideal candidate is passionate about music production, open to hybrid work arrangements in Sydney, and able to contribute both technical expertise and creative input to the process.

Deliverables

  • Collaborate closely with the artist to produce, arrange, and mix original tracks in rap, hip hop, R&B, and pop styles
  • Develop unique beats, instrumentals, and sonic textures that complement the artist's vision
  • Provide input on song structure, arrangement, and overall sound direction
  • Deliver high-quality, ready-to-release audio files in industry-standard formats
  • Participate in in-person or hybrid sessions in Sydney as needed
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones

Requirements

  • Proven experience in music production, particularly within rap, hip hop, R&B, and pop genres
  • Proficiency with industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio) and production tools
  • Strong understanding of mixing, mastering, and audio engineering techniques
  • Creative approach to beat-making, arrangement, and sound design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Sydney; willingness to travel for sessions is a plus
  • Portfolio or examples of previous work in relevant genres
