The Role

We're seeking experienced subcontractors to join our team and assist with a variety of flooring projects throughout Melbourne.

You'll work on residential and commercial sites, handling timber floor installation, sanding, and polishing — with potential opportunities to expand into concrete grinding and epoxy flooring.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
  • Installing timber floorboards
  • Sanding and polishing timber floors

(If you have less experience but are motivated and skilled, we'd still love to hear from you.)

  • Proven track record of high-quality workmanship
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your finish
  • Fully insured (Public Liability & Workers' Compensation)
  • Own tools and reliable transport
  • ABN required
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Bonus: Experience with concrete grinding or epoxy flooring

Expected hours: 40 per week
