We're looking for a motivated and organised individual who will:
- Lead and optimise supply chain operations including inventory, consignment, logistics, and returns, leveraging ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Analyse operational data to generate insights and reports that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Apply strong business acumen and critical thinking to solve complex problems, manage stock, and drive operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate leadership and cross-functional collaboration, coaching team members and coordinating internal resources to meet project goals.

- Championing cross-functional collaboration, aligning internal teams and distributors on forecasts, promotions, and product launches to deliver consistent customer experiences.
- Leading demand planning and inventory control, using data-driven forecasting and supply chain coordination to optimize product availability and reduce operational risk.
- Contributing to strategic planning through active participation in S&OP meetings, leveraging analytics to align demand, supply, and financial objectives.
