Essential:
- Diploma or tertiary qualification in WHS, health, science, psychology, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in WHS, health risk, or wellbeing programs in high-risk industries (e.g. mining, energy).
- Injury management and return-to-work coordination experience.
- Familiarity with WHS assurance frameworks and safety systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
- High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Desirable:
- Understanding of WHS legislation in QLD (CMSHA/CMSHR) and NSW (WHS Act & Mining Regulations).
- Certified Rehabilitation Coordinator or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of occupational hygiene and health surveillance programs.
- Experience with H&S software platforms and risk registers.
Why Join Us?
