We're looking for a Senior HR Coordinator – Visas & Compliance to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in compliance, reporting, and leadership will help keep our organisation running smoothly and safely.

What you will be doing:

  • Be the go-to expert for work rights compliance and visa management across the organisation.
  • Oversee personal history checks to ensure we meet all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Manage large volumes of data, transforming it into actionable insights.
  • Create and deliver complex reports using Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

What you will bring:

  • Solid understanding of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.
  • Proven experience in compliance checks and employee onboarding.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI – you're confident with formulas, dashboards, and data storytelling.
  • A keen eye for detail and a love for working with high-volume data.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in Community Services or Aged Care
