We're looking for a Senior HR Coordinator – Visas & Compliance to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in compliance, reporting, and leadership will help keep our organisation running smoothly and safely.
What you will be doing:
- Be the go-to expert for work rights compliance and visa management across the organisation.
 - Oversee personal history checks to ensure we meet all regulatory and safety standards.
 - Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively.
 - Manage large volumes of data, transforming it into actionable insights.
 - Create and deliver complex reports using Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
 
What you will bring:
- Solid understanding of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.
 - Proven experience in compliance checks and employee onboarding.
 - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate effectively.
 - Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI – you're confident with formulas, dashboards, and data storytelling.
 - A keen eye for detail and a love for working with high-volume data.
 - Bonus points if you've worked in Community Services or Aged Care
