Role: Workforce Development, Learning & Culture Partner (Part-Time | Office-Based)

Location: Blacktown

Reports to: CEO

We're looking for a Workforce Development, Learning & Culture Partner to join our team part-time with a potential to grow into full time.

This role is at the heart of building capability, nurturing growth, and shaping a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.

What You'll Do


• Lead learning and development programs that empower staff to grow and succeed.


• Drive workforce initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and retention.


• Foster a workplace culture centred on integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration.


• Support compliance and best practice in Human Resources and Work Health & Safety.


• Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to deliver outcomes aligned with our mission and values.


• Achieve results against clearly defined KPIs, with purpose at the core of your work.
