The Role

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will work in a small team, for a variety of clients in both the private and public sector. Involving local travel, this role is a blend of specific one-off assessments such as Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Assessments, Psychological Pre-Employment Assessments, and Case Management Activities.

What will you do day to day?

• Rehabilitation Case Management for clients
• Single Service Assessments
• Negotiating positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
• Assist injured workers in returning to suitable paid employment
• Facilitating independence in workers to return to work

What Qualifications, Skills, and experience will you have?

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehab Counselling
• Eligibility for Provisional registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation or Eligibility for ASORC Membership
• New Grads are welcome to apply
• Valid Australian Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
• Strong aptitude for time management & goal-setting
• Strong report writing abilities
• Ability to work autonomously
• A positive, solution-focused outlook
