This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function within a growing business in the manufacturing sector.

This role is hands-on and strategic, supporting the full employee lifecycle while driving a positive, safe and high-performing workplace culture.

  • Full Time - Office based
  • Salary depending on experience
  • Western Sydney

The role?

  • Lead HR strategy, policies and people initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support performance management, training and development.
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance and HR reporting.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and culture.

The successful candidate?

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential).
  • Minimum 5 years' HR management experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Experience in a similar industry.
