We're seeking a Workforce Development, Learning & Culture Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to expand into a full-time role. This is a unique opportunity to lead initiatives that build capability, support wellbeing, and create a thriving, purpose-led workplace culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and lead impactful learning and development programs that help our team grow and thrive.
  • Drive workforce initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and staff retention.
  • Champion a workplace culture built on integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration.
  • Support compliance and best practices in HR and Work Health & Safety.
  • Work closely with the CEO to align workforce strategies with our mission and values.
  • Deliver results against clear KPIs — with purpose at the heart of everything you do.

About You

You bring not just skills and experience, but also heart and purpose. You are someone who:

  • Has solid experience in Human Resources and Work Health & Safety.
  • Has a proven track record in learning and development and workforce capability building.
  • Is passionate about fostering a positive, values-led organisational culture.
  • Operates with integrity, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Builds authentic relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Sees challenges as opportunities to make meaningful change
