Our state-of-the-art, fully automated production facility in Ingleburn underscores our dedication to efficiency and innovation in the industry We are seeking an experienced Production Packerto join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of production and manufacturing process, as well as an excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack finished product in accordance with product pallet layouts and other customer requirements accurately
  • Use FIFO process throughout the packing tasks
  • Ensure all products have 'Best Before Dates' labelled in accordance with food safety, regulation and compliance
  • Perform accurate counts of finished goods, bulk products and packaging inventory
  • Support warehouse and production personnel as needed
  • Ensure that the warehouse and production areas are clean, secure, and well maintained
  • Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
  • Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can/has:

  • Experience in the food industry (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills (training provided)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items when required
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of WH&S regulations
  • "Can do" collaborative attitude
  • Attention to detail
