About the role

Qwixi is seeking casual Food Production Assistants to join our team at our Ingleburn, NSW facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various food production tasks to help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products according to production schedules and quality standards
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support the production process
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
  • Collaborating with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
  • Reporting any concerns or quality issues to the production supervisor

What we're looking for

  • No experience necessary. All training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and shifts as required
