Darrell Lea, the name synonymous with favourites such as Rocklea Road, Lifesavers, Chocolate Orange Balls & Liquorice, is currently looking for Casual Production Workers & Machine Operators (_**_day, afternoon & night shifts available_**_), to join the Darrell Lea Manufacturing Team in their facility located in Ingleburn. _

Shifts run Monday through Friday with staggered start/finish times as follows:
**_ Day shift - Monday through Friday_** (start between 05:00am - 06:00am and finish between 1:00pm - 2:00pm).

**_Afternoon shift_** - **_Monday through Frida_**_y_** (start between 1:00pm - 2:00pm and finish between 9:00pm - 10:00pm).

**_ Night shift_** - **Sunday through Thursday** (start between 9:00pm - 10:00pm and finish between 5:00am & 6:00am).

Shifts are 8 hours. There are also some opportunities for additional overtime.

Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience working within a food manufacturing environment operating process equipment and have a good understanding of food hygiene procedures. It’s a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for team members who come from a similar work background within the food manufacturing environment, however we are more than happy to train people with the right attitude and great work ethic.

There are a lot of aspects to food production and machine operation roles, including:

- Manual Handling
- Process work / packing stock
- Operation in a variety of purpose-built machines (full training provided)
- Quality Assurance
- Adhering to WHS policies and procedures
- Completing paperwork & general Housekeeping

There are a few things that we need from you:

- Must be fully Covid vaccinated
- Must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Undertake Pre-Employment medical with a functional & fitness for work assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
- Have an excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail
