Our state-of-the-art, fully automated production facility in Ingleburn underscores our dedication to efficiency and innovation in the industry We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our fast-paced team. The ideal person will have a strong background in warehouse operations, hold a current forklift license, and be an excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to company procedures
  • Maintain accurate stock records and participate in regular stock takes
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized at all times
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can/has:

  • 3–5 years of previous warehouse experience
  • Forklift license is a MUST (valid and current)
  • Experience in the food industry (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills (training provided)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items when required
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of WH&S regulations
  • "Can do" collaborative attitude
  • Attention to detail
