The Role:

As the face (and voice) of our clinic, you'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly. From managing bookings to greeting patients with confidence and kindness, you'll be the calm in the dental storm and the master of multi-tasking.

What You Bring:

Prior experience as a dental receptionist (a must)

Clear, professional communication – both written and spoken

A mature, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Confidence with dental software and patient coordination

A desire for a full-time/part-time, long-term position where you can grow

Experienced in dentistry? Great.

Dental 4 Windows Experience a plus

Hours

Monday 7:45-5:15

Tuesday 7:45-5:15

Alternate Wednesdays 9-4:30

Thursday 7:45-5:15

Friday 8-4

Enjoy an RDO every second Wednesday (Open to dividing these over two part time positions)
