What You'll Be Doing

For the love of safety
, you'll partner with teams across the business to drive best-practice WHS initiatives.

Supporting and educating leaders to create a proactive safety culture.

Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing effective safety solutions.

Keeping us ahead of industry standards by staying up to date with WHS legislation.

Championing a positive safety culture—because we care about our people

What We're Looking For
A strong background in workplace health & safety, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment.

Experience partnering with stakeholders to embed WHS best practices.

A warm and engaging approach—you'll be working with teams across the business.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Formal WHS Qualifications (or Equivalent Experience).
