HSE Advisor

Are you a passionate safety professional ready to step up and make a real impact? We're looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor—or a Coordinator ready to step up into the role—who thrives on collaborating across departments and being the go-to expert for all things safety. This role reports to the COO.

What you'll do:

• Be the champion of safety across the business, working closely with managers, teams, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Provide practical, hands-on advice and guidance, taking people on the journey to a safer workplace.
• Ensure full compliance with safety legislation and internal standards; be a stickler for details that keep people safe.
• Lead initiatives, audits, and safety programs that promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate across departments to embed safety into all aspects of the business.
• Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

About you:

• Confident, approachable, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels—including the SLT.
• Passionate about safety and deeply knowledgeable about relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experienced in taking a hands-on approach—working with managers and teams to make safety practical, simple, and effective.
• A natural problem-solver and communicator who can take people on the journey toward safer work practices.
• Enjoys collaboration across departments to deliver consistent and high-quality safety outcomes.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HSE experience required.
• Diploma in WHS or Certificate IV WHS qualification required.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.
