Responsibilities:The Senior Portfolio Manager focuses on sourcing and managing new commercial property lending opportunities. Some of the key components of your role include:

  • Source and secure new lending opportunities through established industry relationships.
  • Recommend high-quality service providers for lending requirements.
  • Negotiate competitive terms, conditions, and pricing with borrowers.
  • Oversee loan submissions and manage the entire loan process from approval to settlement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

You are an experienced professional who thrives on identifying and managing deals that enable developers and brokers to achieve their financial objectives. You bring:

  • Strong networks in professional services and brokering.
  • Strong experience in commercial property development lending.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit processes and requirements in the commercial property space.
