About the RoleAs the Business Analyst, you'll be a core part of the technology and transformation team, working at the intersection of operations, IT, and finance. You'll be responsible for shaping future-state business processes, supporting key system integrations (including ERP and asset management platforms), and driving stakeholder engagement to ensure business requirements are not only captured—but championed.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Facilitating workshops to map current and future-state processes
- Creating business and technical requirements documentation
- Interpreting contractual obligations and aligning them with project outcomes
- Supporting user acceptance testing, change management, and training
- Collaborating with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Operations
You'll also help uplift business analysis maturity by advocating for best practice frameworks and knowledge sharing within the broader team.
About YouYou're a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in large, complex organisations.
- Expertise in business process modelling and improvement
- Strong understanding of Asset Management systems and finance integration
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in data modelling and analysis for migration/integration projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Bonus points if you've worked with platforms like MRI, Workday, or similar ERP/asset management systems—and if you have experience operating in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
