Our Group Includes a Couple Of Cool Initiatives
- Australian School of Employment. We deliver innovative self-employment and employment programs for Australians of all ages.
- Australian School of Entrepreneurship. We teach young people about the essential adulting skills not taught in traditional classrooms.
We're now looking for a Program Administrator (Brisbane based - full-time) to help manage and coordinate our adult self-employment programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination - 50%. We're looking for someone who can help coordinate and make things happen within our adult education programs. We have lots of new participants in the mix and we need someone who can help us make their experience amazing, ensuring that we are adhering to Department compliance items as well.
- General Administration - 50%. Supporting the Admin Coordinator with general day-to-day admin tasks such as responding to queries and managing new relationships. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills via phone and email. ENERGY is a huge part of our organisation so we're really looking for someone who can EMBODY ENERGY
Key Attributes
- You are (very) comfortable with change. We need someone who is super adaptable.
- You are an expert communicator and engaging in your communication style - face-to-face and via phone.
- You are super detailed and able to understand and implement guidelines and compliance items.
Other Information
- Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 inc super for a full time staff member depending on experience (full time). We're open to junior candidates along with established administrators We want people who want to grow with us and become leaders within our organisation
- Location: Brisbane City Campus and Moreton Bay Micro-Campus / Working from Home to be negotiated with candidate
