About the Opportunity

Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced
Senior ICT Warehouse Manager
to support a Federal Government client. This role is critical in leading ICT warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient imaging, distribution, stock control, and urgent dispatch of hardware assets across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, supervise a small team, and play a key role in supporting ICT asset management compliance in line with whole-of-government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day ICT warehouse and logistics operations, supervising
    Imaging Support Officers
    .
  • Manage ICT equipment returns and oversee imaging workflows for hardware assets.
  • Work with the
    Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
    team to monitor stock and coordinate replenishments.
  • Create and manage
    ServiceNow transfer orders
    , test workflow enhancements, and maintain dashboards.
  • Update and track consignments in ServiceNow; manage
    shipping accounts
    .
  • Coordinate urgent dispatches for remote and ministerial offices in collaboration with priority teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Government ICT asset management frameworks and reporting obligations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing ICT warehouse operations (imaging, dispatch, returns).
  • Strong proficiency in
    ServiceNow
    (asset tracking workflows, dashboards, transfer orders, incident resolution).
  • Experience supervising technical staff and coordinating logistics across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with shipping portals and consignment tracking/reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ICT, Procurement, Projects, and Security teams.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
