About the role:

As a National Business Development Project Officer for Growth, you will be pivotal in driving and responding to new business opportunities across all lines of business within Aruma Support Services. This role is essential in supporting the National Business Development Manager by developing and maintaining relationships with sector partners to explore, initiate, and expand new business opportunities. You will collaborate with all areas of Aruma to embed sustainable and financially viable support systems, ensuring that individuals can live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote person-centred approaches in all interactions and decision-making to ensure quality customer outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners to support growth.
  • Build new partnerships with ethically aligned organisations for networking and business development.
  • Support the National BDM – Growth in launching new offerings and achieving growth targets.
  • Coordinate customer-led initiatives across multiple business lines.
  • Explore creative support solutions aligned with sector trends.
  • Manage the growth site process, ensuring collaboration across operations and shared services.
  • Deliver efficient customer service while driving sales and service expansion.
  • Provide timely updates to the BD team on growth site progress.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet KPIs.
  • Follow established processes effectively.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse internal and external data to inform new service offerings.
