Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads, gathering information such as company size, market segment, decision makers, and contact details.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to generate leads and approach potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Analyze data to assess lead quality and prioritize those with the highest potential to convert into clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to improve lead-to-client conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Regularly report on lead generation activities and outcomes to the team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools and software (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn, Mailchimp).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
