About the Role:

We are seeking applications for qualified mechanics/technicians to join our service team in providing exceptional service experiences for all of our customers.

The vacancy is a full-time position based at our Elizabeth service workshop, working with a team of manufacturer trained technicians and front-line crew Peter Page Automotive provides high quality customer service, a great working environment with some of the latest technical equipment available in the industry.

*Sign on bonus of $5000 applicable only to successful applicants with details to be advised during contractual negotiations. Qualification period applies.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles
• Diagnosis of mechanical concerns and faults on light vehicles
• Conduct on road tests and provide accurate reporting of vehicle condition
• To operate in a safe, productive and efficient manner
• Completion of repair order reports in clear legible written English
• Focus on manufacturer, customer service and internal standards
• Provide the highest level of workmanship
• Be a team player with a focus on a positive working environment.

Skills & experience:

• Qualified & experienced in light vehicle service and maintenance (Cert 3 minimum)
• Dealership/Manufacturer training and experience desirable attribute
• Current drivers' licence (Auto & Manual) is a must
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude
• Proven record of up to date training records
• Air Conditioning repair license desirable
• Great attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Must be of Australian residence and right to work
