About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Store Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operational requirements of the store as well as the efficient delegation of tasks to workshop staff to ensure that performance standards are achieved.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

  • Actively develop and build relationships with retail and automotive trade customers.
  • Ensure commercial financial viability by achieving agreed budgets, sales, and margin targets to maximise store profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team
  • Promote and sell products and services.
  • Maintain store standards, including compliance with WH&S and other company policies

About you

The successful candidate will have the following

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Impeccable communication skills, ability to influence, encourage, and lead your team to achieve goals.
  • High level of time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities and delegate.
  • Be sales and achievement focused
  • Current and unrestricted Driver's Licence.
