We're looking for a Community Specialist to champion HOKA across Australia and New Zealand - someone who lives and breathes the running community, builds authentic connections, and thrives where the action happens: on the track, at events, and within the heart of local run clubs.

This isn't your typical Monday–Friday, 9–5 role. You'll be out there activating the brand when runners are running - evenings, weekends, and events - creating moments that inspire and energize.

What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships across run clubs, athletes, podiatrists, medical communities, and key retail partners.
  • Lead staff training and education across HOKA retail and wholesale partners, creating engaging tech packs and training content.
  • Drive HOKA's presence at run clubs and community events across NSW & QLD - bringing the brand to life in meaningful, memorable ways.
  • Partner with our marketing team to deliver impactful brand activations and create authentic community content.
  • Manage product seeding for key opinion leaders, athletes, and friends of the brand.
  • Keep the Community Calendar thriving ensuring HOKA continues to show up where it matters most.
