We're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations, ensuring stock flows in and out safely, efficiently, and on time. This role blends leadership with hands-on work, process improvement, and team development — all within a supportive family business environment.


About the Role

You will take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, from receiving goods and managing stock locations, through to replenishment and supporting pick/pack when required. Some days you'll be streamlining processes and identifying efficiency opportunities, and on others you'll be leading your team to hit targets and keep everything moving seamlessly.

You'll be responsible for both daily warehouse performance and creating an environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork thrive.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain stock locations within pallet racking structures
  • Oversee daily stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy
  • Receive and book in incoming/outgoing goods and pallets
  • Load/unload deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Replenish pick-faces from pallet racking for smooth order fulfilment
  • Maintain warehouse organisation, tidiness, and safety standards
  • Lead and support warehouse staff, stepping in to assist with pick/pack when needed
  • Drive a strong safety culture by reporting and addressing hazards, near misses, and incidents to management
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement process improvements

Who You Are
  • Experienced: Solid background in warehouse operations and stock control
  • Leadership Skills: Proven people management skills, including coaching and performance management
  • Safety-Minded: Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Tech-Savvy: Confidence using inventory/order management systems and business analytics tools (training provided if needed)
  • Hands-On: Comfortable leading from the front and stepping in wherever required
  • Collaborative: Able to build relationships across all levels and work well in a team
  • Clear Communicator: Able to give instructions, share updates, and collaborate across teams
  • Licences: Current Forklift Licence is essential; Driver's Licence required. Experience with Cin7 WMS is highly regarded but not essential
  • Proactive & Organised: A solutions-focused leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and can balance efficiency with attention to detail
