The Clinical Nurse Educators (CNE) are responsible for provision of contemporary education and training opportunities for nursing and other direct care workforces across Barwon Mental Health, Drugs & Alcohol Service. The role will provide clinical supervision to Entry to Practice nurses, and other learning and development support to ensure effective mental health, drugs and alcohol service delivery. Acting as a role model for lifelong learning, the CNE displays high quality and evidence-based approaches to education and training and demonstrates positive collaborative relationships across the organisation. About You Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent formal professionally recognised qualifications in Psychiatric Nursing Current registration with APHRA as a Division 1 nurse. Postgraduate Diploma or Masters in mental health nursing, AOD, education or similar Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (minimum education and training qualification) or working toward successful completion Demonstrated experience and/or interest in education, teaching and learning processes At least 5 years full time experience working within mental health services. Experience working as a trained clinical (professional) supervisor in a mental health setting
