About Wellness Here for Life:

Powered by DBG Health, Wellness Here for Life leverages the clinical expertise of nurses nationwide to deliver accessible, evidence-based healthcare solutions. Operating across metropolitan, regional, and remote communities, our programs are designed to improve patient outcomes by supporting healthcare professionals with the latest clinical knowledge and resources.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Nurse Educator to support our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) program. In this role, you will not be providing direct patient care, but instead use your specialist nursing expertise to deliver education and training to healthcare professionals across both primary and specialty care. You'll act as a trusted clinical resource, empowering GPs, pharmacists, nurses, and specialists with the tools and knowledge required to enhance patient management and outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging education and training programs to healthcare professionals across primary and specialty care settings
  • Provide up-to-date clinical information on Multiple Sclerosis management and treatment pathways
  • Build strong professional relationships with HCPs to support knowledge transfer and best practice adoption
  • Act as a clinical resource and advisor, supporting program objectives and educational initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of educational content
  • Ensure all training is aligned with program guidelines, policies, and compliance standards

Skills & Experience:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management (neurology/MS experience highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education to healthcare professionals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time independently
  • Proficiency in digital platforms for education delivery and reporting
  • Full Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel may be required)

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in program delivery, nursing education, or medical liaison roles
  • Experience working within pharmaceutical, specialty care, or community health settings
  • Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant clinical area (neurology, chronic disease, or education)
  • Exposure to MS patient pathways (advantageous but not essential)

Benefits & Perks:

At DBG Health, we offer more than just a role – we offer the opportunity to shape the way healthcare professionals deliver care. As a Program Nurse Educator, you will:

  • Receive a competitive salary package and STIP program
  • Access exclusive discounts on health, wellness, and beauty products – including MCo Beauty, E.L.F Cosmetics, Nude by Nature, Chemists Own and more
  • Enjoy 12 weeks paid parental leave
  • Be part of a values-driven team that fosters a supportive and collaborative culture
  • Work autonomously while contributing to impactful national health programs
  • Access career pathways across DBG Health divisions – Arrotex Pharmaceuticals, VidaCorp Consumer Goods, Independent Pharmacies of Australia Group, and Axe Health Services

DBG Health is committed to fostering a workplace culture that is safe and accessible for all. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications regardless of cultural background, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or neurodiversity.
