We're partnering with a leading not-for-profit home care provider that delivers essential services to older Australians in regional areas. With the aged care sector shifting rapidly and competition increasing, this organisation is focused on ensuring clients and families clearly see the value of their care and choose to trust them on their journey.

They're now seekingClient Engagement Specialists based in Tasmania to join their growing team.

  • Fully remote – work from home anywhere in Tasmania
  • Temp to perm working full time hours each week
  • $35.68 ph + super whilst on casual assignment
  • $79,000 + super + NFP salary packaging once perm
  • Be part of a purpose-driven, compassionate organisation making real impact
  • Equipment provided, with opportunities to attend community activities/events
About the role

This isn't your typical admin-heavy aged care role. You'll be at the heart of community engagement and client conversion, blending compassion with commercial thinking to support people through one of the most important decisions of their lives – choosing the right care provider.

  • Handle both inbound phone enquiries (approx. 70%) and proactive outreach (approx. 30%)
  • Guide potential clients through their aged care journey, ensuring they feel supported and understood
  • Clearly articulate the value of services, helping clients make informed choices
  • Work towards achievable goals, e.g. booking 12 home visits per week
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local community referrers (GPs, local events, networks)
  • Collaborate closely with your manager and wider team in a flexible, approachable environment
About you

We're looking for people who are:

  • Compassionate and community-driven – you genuinely care about people and their wellbeing
  • Confident communicators – empathetic, warm, and able to build trust quickly
  • Experienced in sales, fundraising, or client engagement – with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Resilient and commercially minded – you can balance empathy with the drive to meet targets
  • Passionate about making a difference – you'll likely have a personal connection to the importance of aged care
Next steps

Interviews will take place over the next fortnight, with immediate starts available. Roles are temp-to-perm with the strong potential to transition to permanent.

If you're ready to combine your sales skills with compassion and community impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of aged care in Tasmania.
