We are looking for a Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our team in a full-time role based in our Port Macquarie Dealership. The role will be essentially focused on the sale of all Finance & Insurance products on all new and used vehicles sold.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • An individual with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive mindset with a willingness to work within a team
  • Computer literacy
  • Hold a current driver's license
  • Previously Finance and Insurance Sales experience preferred but not essential. If you believe a career change is for you and demonstrate your excellent customer focus and can-do attitude, then we'd like to hear from you.

What the role entails:

  • Delivering sales of finance and insurance products as an integral parts of the sales process
  • Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Providing an excellent guest experience to all customers visiting our dealership
  • Managing all documentation and settlement paperwork with a strict adherence to compliance
  • Adhering to Dealership Compliance Policies.
