Christmas is just around the corner, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to ensure our personalised gifts reach our customers perfectly and on time. If you have a keen eye for quality and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

This role is initially for the extended Christmas period, with the potential for the right person to continue with us after the holiday season.

About the Role:

You will be at the heart of our operations, working with a small, supportive team to guarantee every order meets our high standards. Your primary focus will be on quality control and dispatch, but you will also engage with customers to provide a seamless experience.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Quality Control: Meticulously checking personalised items for correct spelling, grammar, and adherence to customer order instructions before they are packaged.
  • Dispatch: Carefully packaging orders to ensure they are safe for transit and ready for courier pickup.
  • Customer Service: Communicating with customers professionally and clearly across all channels, including email, phone, and occasionally face-to-face.
  • Team Collaboration: Working effectively within the team to manage daily production targets and complete all required work.
  • Stock Management: Assisting with accepting and checking stock deliveries and reporting on low levels of packaging materials.
  • Workplace Standards: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and upholding the core values of our business.
