We're seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team at Form1 Fire Protection and support our major clients across Sydney and Newcastle . As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in servicing our clients and supporting the service team with being the AFSS Champion for the business. This role has flexibility, with office locations at Artarmon and Bennett's Green, Newcastle.

What you'll be doing

• Champion the AFSS (Annual Fire Safety Statement) process through to final AFSS issuance

• Maintain quality control systems in site records, assessment tasks, operational records

• Track and maintain all fire safety measures

• Liaise with colleagues, Council, clients, internal and external stakeholders

• Preparation and issuance of certificates - COT, AFSS

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or compliance-focused role, preferably within the fire protection services industry

• Prior experience in AFSS or fire safety compliance, highly regarded

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite and SimPRO experience highly regarded

• Knowledge of Australian Standards and BCA's preferred

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

• A passion to commit to high quality work and outcomes , and a commitment to fire safety compliance efforts
