Synthetic Grass & Rubber Surfaces based in Terrey Hills on the Northern Beaches, are looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead our installation team and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role involves supervising site activities, guiding and training Labourers, and maintaining quality and safety compliance.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily site operations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints; troubleshoot on-site issues.
  • Ensure WH&S compliance and proper PPE use.
  • Maintain accountability for tools and equipment.
  • Report progress and resolve challenges promptly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Foreman or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of WH&S practices.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
