Current Vacancies:

Landscape Leading Hand

As a Landscape Leading Hand, you will work closely with the Site Foreman and Project Manager to lead small crews, manage daily tasks on-site, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise small teams on-site
  • Coordinate daily tasks and workflow
  • Interpret and execute landscape construction plans
  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure quality control and maintain site safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and take initiative
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • MR licence or machinery tickets (e.g. excavator, skid steer) are a bonus
  • Construction White Card

Experienced Landscape Labourers

We are also seeking physically fit and reliable labourers with previous experience in landscaping or construction to assist with project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in landscape construction, including excavation, paving, concreting, retaining walls, turfing, planting and site preparation.
  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support Leading Hand and Site Foreman with daily operations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work site

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Construction White Card
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • MR licence or machinery tickets (e.g. excavator, skid steer) are a bonus

Locations:

Projects are located throughout Sydney and Western Sydney, with travel to various job sites as required.
