Flawless Gardens and Landscaping is a growing local business delivering high-quality garden maintenance, soft landscaping, and hard landscaping services, including retaining walls, paving, timber work, and outdoor upgrades. We service residential homes, strata complexes, schools, and commercial properties across the Northern Beaches.

Our team values workmanship, reliability, and a friendly, positive work culture. With demand increasing, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaper to join us full time.

Role Overview

The Full-Time Landscaper will work across a mix of soft and hard landscaping projects, from routine garden maintenance to building retaining walls, laying turf, and completing small-scale construction tasks. No two days are the same — this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and hands-on work.

You'll work both independently and within a tight-knit team, contributing to high-quality landscaping projects across the area.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoft Landscaping & Maintenance

  • Planting, mulching, turfing
  • Pruning, hedging, weed control
  • Garden clean-ups and restorations
  • Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment

Hard Landscaping

  • Building retaining walls (timber, block, stone)
  • Paving installation and repairs
  • Timber edging, sleepers, and basic carpentry
  • Concreting (small-scale)
  • Assisting with landscape construction projects

General Duties

  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship across all sites
  • Following WHS safety requirements
  • Communicating professionally with clients and teammates
  • Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • Experienced in landscaping, gardening, or landscape construction
  • Competent with power tools and machinery
  • Strong physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Reliable and self-motivated

Preferred (but not essential):

  • Experience in retaining walls, paving, or concreting
  • Cert II/III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Ability to run small jobs or lead a team

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level
  • Superannuation: Paid in accordance with Australian standards

  • Tools & Equipment: All tools, machinery, and PPE supplied
  • Uniform: Branded uniforms provided
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
