About the Role

As our Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing lift installation projects from approval to commissioning and handover.
  • Overseeing modernisation works and ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and compliance standards.
  • Leading and mentoring installation teams with a hands-on approach.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Applying your technical expertise to problem-solve on-site and deliver safe, efficient, and innovative lift solutions.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A proven background in lift new installation and modernisation.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of lift installation experience is required.
  • An Electrician Licence is required for this position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and construction processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and team focussed approach.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards to do the job right.
  • Valid Australian work visa is accepted for this position.
