What You'll Do

Transform retail spaces with advanced security technology You'll be the technical expert installing state-of-the-art anti-theft systems, from initial site assessment through to final system commissioning. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Installing and configuring RFID and EAS antenna systems in live retail environments
  • Precision drilling, mounting, and cable management through various building materials
  • Calibrating systems to eliminate false alarms while maximising theft detection
  • Troubleshooting complex low-voltage electrical and networking issues
  • Collaborating with store management to minimise disruption during installations

What We're Looking For

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Low-Voltage Electrical Expertise - Proven experience with 12V-48V systems, electrical safety protocols, and relevant codes
  • RFID & EAS System Knowledge - Hands-on experience with passive/active RFID technology and AM/RF EAS systems (Checkpoint experience highly valued)
  • Construction & Installation Skills - Confident drilling, mounting, and cable routing through concrete, timber, and retail fixtures
  • Networking Fundamentals - Ability to configure IP-based RFID readers and troubleshoot LAN connectivity
  • Tool Mastery: We need someone comfortable with professional-grade equipment including power drills, fish tape, multimeters, vacuum chasers, and precision alignment tools.
