Role Description/Criteria
We are seeking a teacher who:

  • demonstrates a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of all students
  • is able to build positive relationships with students and families, following Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL) to create predictable, calm and engaging learning environments
  • has a passion for teaching and an understanding of learning in a contemporary environment is essential - Science of Learning
  • has knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
  • is able to plan and deliver learning experiences that are differentiated to accommodate a range of abilities
  • effectively uses data to inform the teaching and learning of students
  • is innovative and highly motivated.

Special Requirements
The successful applicants must be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School, or willing to undertake accreditation, is preferred.Applications close at 4:00pm on Friday 14th November.
