The Role:

This is an in-office role ideal for candidates who bring 2+ years of Admin experience in a professional accounting firm.

Desirable that you will attend to corporate matters with previous experience with ASIC, BGL, CAS 360, XPM. Be able to complete and lodge ASIC forms and annual reviews. Communicate with ATO and clients. Be able to lodge BAS/IAS/PAYGW and attend to lodgment listing. Follow up overdue accounts and assist with general office matters,

Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in ASIC forms and corporate lodgements.

The ability to raise invoices in XPM is highly desirable.

Assist with Ad hoc tasks when needed which may include reception relief, boardroom meeting setup. arrange catering for meetings, post office payments or filing and scanning or binding documentation.

The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be diligent with time management and organisational skills.

They should have a keen eye for attention to detail and be computer skill proficient. Ideally, they will have a car and drivers' licence.
