Your New Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our talented team delivering and enhancing critical infrastructure ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
In this role, you'll play a key part in the design, development, and implementation of testing methods across Platform and Storage architectures. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, project, and systems teams to support solution delivery, documentation, and ongoing performance improvements.
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will independently perform the following functions:
Responsibilities
Develop and document test strategies, plans, and procedures; design, maintain, and enhance specialised test methods.
Ensure traceability between development requirements and test cases.
Prepare and conduct test readiness reviews; execute test procedures and record outcomes.
Identify, log, and manage defects in collaboration with Engineering and Project teams.
Develop and deliver comprehensive test reports.
About You
Experienced Test Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments and collaborates confidently across Project Management, Engineering, and Systems Administration.
Demonstrated ability to identify test data and conditions to support effective test execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Proven capacity to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
Experience testing infrastructure solutions (essential), with a positive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen, hold a Baseline level security clearance and be able to upgrade to NV-1.
