History Teacher – Stages 4, 5 & 6

Temporary Full-Time – 1 Year Appointment

  • We develop students' skills in historical inquiry, source analysis, and extended writing from Stage 4 through to Stage 6.

A little about you:

  • Faith is important to you and you are committed to the Mission of the Catholic School.
  • You bring experience teaching History across Stage 4 and Stage 5, with the ability and confidence to teach Stage 6 Ancient and/or Modern History.
  • You're passionate about inspiring students to think critically, ask questions, and engage deeply with historical content.
  • Experience teaching electives such as History Extension or coordinating projects/competitions would be an advantage.
  • You relate – to boys and girls – and in particular understand the dynamics of boys' education.
  • You're looking for an environment that supports your professional growth.
