Georges River College Oatley Senior Campus (enrolment 800, 66% Non-English Speaking Background) is a comprehensive co-educational high school for Years 11 and 12. We are part of a multi-campus collegiate with three middle years 7-10 campuses (GRC Hurstville, GRC Peakhurst and GRC Penshurst).
Oatley Senior Campus has a focus on providing a quality education to meet the needs of all students in a Stage 6 environment. The campus offers a diverse academic curriculum and has an ethos of young adult learning which is linked to extensive student support programs in learning support and student wellbeing.

Selection CriteriaApproval to teach English (Yrs , English Extension 1 & 2, and History Extension.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement and deliver engaging, differentiated English teaching and learning programs across Stage 6 English syllabuses, aligned with the new NSW English Curriculum.
Capacity to work collaboratively as an effective team member and contribute to whole school programs and initiatives.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
ConditionsAn unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.

The successful applicant will be appointed to Georges River College and initially based at Oatley Senior Campus.
