Kingsley Enterprises is a subsidiary of the ARB Group, whom design and manufacture aftermarket vehicle products, camping and 4X4 accessories that are distributed worldwide under the **Bushranger 4X4 Gear** brand.

Kingsley are seeking to recruit a talented, energetic and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team who will report directly to the Operations Manager at our Ingleburn Warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate the daily functions of stock movements throughout the warehouse.
- Deliver effective inventory control and accurate tracking of stock.
- Ensure standards within the warehouse are upheld and strive towards continuous improvement.
- Maintain work practices and processes following Occupational Health and Safety and company practices.
- Maintain & coordinate housekeeping of warehouse on a daily basis.

**Required Skills, Behaviours and Experience**
- Leading the team with a can-do attitude.
- Prioritise work and direct team members as required to maximise productivity on a daily basis, thinking ahead and allocating resources to achieve work schedules, while targeting reduction in lead times.
- A focus on efficiencies; recognising the need to eliminate waste of materials and resources from the warehouse operation.
- Sound knowledge of Company Code of Conduct requirements.
- An LF/LO Forklift Licence is required to conduct stock checks.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, and an understanding of relevant OH&S requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Demonstrate knowledge of JDE processes required to complete all tasks independently.
