Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with managers and supervisors to plan weekly tasks
- Review, plan, and schedule hydro excavation (vac truck) operations
- Coordinate incoming job bookings and outgoing works
- Ensure timely completion and submission of work orders and purchase orders
- Input daily data and monitor work progress using internal office systems
- Previous scheduling or coordination experience in civil construction is highly regarded
- Experience with Assignar software is advantageous
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills
