Leading Commercial Tier 2 Builder seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator for a large-scale Residential project located in Inner-Eastern Melbourne.

This established organisation has been operating for over 30 years working across Australia on projects valued up to $120M.

As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
  • Administration of the project HSE system
  • Direct management of a CA and 2x Cadets

To be considered for the position of Senior Contracts Administrator, you will require:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia
  • Experience in procuring structures packages is essential
  • CHEOPS software experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of construction legislation and contract law
  • Knowledge of VIC construction market and subcontractors
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills
