This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to take the next step in their career into a Senior Contract Administrator position or Project Manager pathway building capability, responsibility, and exposure across diverse, high-value projects.
This is your chance to build, grow, and belong with a company that does things differently
Why Cobild?
Because we're not your typical builders. We've been named one of Australia's Great Places to Work ten years running (humble brag) and are the first construction company to hit

The Role:

You'll run point on contracts, costs and procurement, making sure every deal, variation and detail is spot on. At Cobild, we back you to lead, negotiate, and make things happen.
- Owning all Head Contract obligations (dates, delays, variations – you know the drill).
- Setting up notices, protecting time and dollars, and keeping us sharp.
- Driving subcontractor and consultant procurement, from tender to sign-off.
- Building bulletproof relationships with clients, superintendents and collaborators.
- Managing claims, payments, variations, and supplier orders.
- Keeping reports and forecasts tight, accurate, and on time.
- Empowering and guiding a team of a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, and Graduate to achieve operational excellence and project success.
About You:
- You've got 5+ years' Contract Administration experience.
- Negotiating? You must love it. Problem-solving? Even better.
- Confident communicator (emails, calls, meetings, not afraid to pick up the phone).
- You connect fast, and value relationships.
- You're tech savvy and embrace new systems to more work more efficient.
- You can pivot when plans change (and they will). It's the industry we're in
- Above all – you're hungry to grow and do big things with a great brand

At our core is the concept of
Relationships for Life.
Seeking to enrich the lives of our team, clients and collaborators, we build genuine connections and have fun, uniting in our mutual quest for excellence.
We believe in the idea that
Fun is Energy
. A happy team is a strong team, and having fun gives us the fuel we need to go the extra mile. Your task, if you choose to accept it, is to make someone smile or LOL every single day.
We also value truth, integrity and accountability in all areas.
Say What You Mean & Do What You Say
And lastly, our mantra is
Not Your Typical
. We build, but we're not your typical builders. We're all about challenging ourselves and the status quo, pioneering better, safer ways to work with vision, energy and expertise. Our never-say-die attitude means we don't stop until we've delivered
something truly extraordinary.
